Cow-parsnip (Heracleum lanatum) is a distinctive looking plant. Parts of the South Beach Trail in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve are lined with dense thickets of Salmonberry (Rubus spectabilis) and Thimbleberry (Rubus parviflorus).
